As an antidote to the current dismal news feed can I share an article I wrote in 1999 whilst working with PA Consulting. Its about my then, perhaps, slightly naïve views of internet shopping, home delivery and the high street. Some of my predictions have come to pass, some not! I cant believe its 20 years since I wrote this!!!
